The Women’s History Giving Campaign encourages individuals and companies to give generously throughout March, helping ensure Girls Inc.’s programs remain accessible and transformative for over 400 girls in New York’s Capital Region.

Partner Responsibilities
- Select a Company Liaison: This point person will work directly with Girls Inc. to coordinate the campaign.
- Schedule a Kick-Off Meeting: Girls Inc. will engage with your team, providing a program overview and answering any questions.
- Plan Employee Incentives: Consider fun incentives to boost participation, like prize drawings, gift cards, or a special lunch.
- Track and Celebrate Progress: Weekly content and reports will be provided to help your team stay motivated. Girls Inc. will send you content (photos, videos, links, etc.) and weekly updates on the campaign’s impact.
Campaign Timeline
- January 2024: Designate a liaison, plan matching gifts if applicable, and schedule the kick-off meeting.
- February 2024: Host your kick-off meeting, finalize incentives, and receive a secure giving link from Girls Inc.
- March 2024: Share weekly updates from Girls Inc. with employees to maintain momentum.
- Date TBD: Participate in a special BINGO Fundraiser!
- April 2024: Girls Inc. will send acknowledgments to participants, along with a final impact report for your business.
