Our CEO
Ashli Fragomeni is the Chief Executive Officer of Girls Inc. of the Greater Capital Region, where she leads with vision and passion to inspire girls to be strong, smart, and bold. With over four years of dedicated service to Girls Inc., including her prior role as our Executive Director, Ashli has made a significant impact in community engagement and non-profit leadership. Her experience in developing strategic initiatives across Albany, Schenectady, Troy, and beyond showcases her unwavering commitment to empowering girls and fostering a brighter future for all.
