Albany, NY [May 9, 2024] – Girls Inc. of the Greater Capital Region is thrilled to announce the expansion of our year-round programming with the addition of free Summer Camp, generously sponsored by our esteemed partners including Albany Rotary Foundation, CDPHP, CDTA, Grasshopper Heating and Cooling, and National Grid.

This exciting initiative will offer 75 spots for girls K-7 to participate in our enriching Summer Camp experience, hosted at our Schenectady site, at no cost! Designed to empower and inspire, our camp will feature a variety of themed opportunities aimed at fostering personal growth and development.

Girls attending our Summer Camp will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities including swim lessons, wellness workshops, thrilling excursions such as state park field trips, and an Adirondack adventure with hiking, rock climbing, and more. Through these hands-on experiences, girls will not only learn valuable life skills but will also build lasting friendships and memories.
