Troy Program Coordinator
Position Overview:
The Program Coordinator will play a key role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Girls Inc.’s programs and initiatives. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about empowering young girls and can manage multiple projects while working collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:

- Program Management:
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee daily operations of Girls Inc.’s programs and activities.
- Ensure programs are delivered in accordance with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor program performance, track outcomes, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and other organizations.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and program facilitators.
- Act as a liaison between Girls Inc. and external stakeholders to promote program success and sustainability.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities and participant data.
- Generate reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Outreach and Promotion:
- Represent Girls Inc. at community events and other outreach opportunities.
- Evaluation and Reporting:
- Develop and implement methods for assessing program effectiveness and impact.
- Collect and analyze data to report on program success and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications:

- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or a related field, preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a related role working with children.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management systems.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
